(وَلَمْ يَحْضُرْ مُوَكِّلُهُ) الْمَجْلِسَ (مَلَكَ) الْوَكِيلُ (قَبْضَهُ) لِلْإِذْنِ فِيهِ شَرْعًا وَعُرْفًا إذْ لَا يَتِمُّ الْبَيْعُ إلَّا بِهِ
