(وَلِمَالِكٍ قَبْلَ فَرَاغِ) عَمَلٍ (ضَمُّ أَمِينٍ) إلَى الْعَامِلِ الْمُتَّهَمِ لِحِفْظِ مَالِهِ (بِأُجْرَةٍ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ) أَيْ: رَبِّ الْمَالِ ; لِعَدَمِ ثُبُوتِ خِيَانَتِهِ.
