(لَا) يَضْمَنُ (إنْ قَالَ) الْخَيَّاطُ لِرَبِّهِ: (يَكْفِيكَ فَقَالَ: اقْطَعْهُ) فَقَطَعَهُ ; لِأَنَّهُ أَذِنَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ شَرْطٍ، بِخِلَافِ الَّتِي قَبْلَهَا.
