(ويجزئ أذان مميز) للبالغين؛ لما روى ابن المنذر بإسناده عن عبد الله بن أبي بكر بن أنس قال:" كان عمومتي يأمرونني أن اوذن لهم وأنا غلام لم أحتلم، وأنس بن مالك شاهد لم ينكر ذلك ".

ولأنه ذكر تصح صلاته. فصح اذانه؛ كالبالغ.

وعنه: لا يجزئ.
