(وَلَا يَشْمَلُ الْيَتِيمُ وَلَدَ زِنًا) لِأَنَّ الْيَتِيمَ مَنْ فَقَدَ الْأَبَ بَعْدَ وُجُودِهِ، وَهَذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ أَبٌ
