(وَالْوَلَاءُ) عَلَى مَنْ أَعْتَقَهُ الْمُكَاتَبُ أَوْ كَاتَبَهُ بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ فَأَدَّى مَا عَلَيْهِ (لِلسَّيِّدِ) لِأَنَّ الْمُكَاتَبَ كَوَكِيلِهِ فِي ذَلِكَ.
