شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَإِنْ لَمْ يَقَعْ) أَيْ حَيْثُ قُلْنَا لَا يَصِحُّ (الْخُلْعُ رَجَعَتْ) الزَّوْجَةُ (بِعِوَضِهِ) لِحُصُولِ الْبَيْنُونَةِ لَا فِي مُقَابَلَتِهِ،
