شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَوْ أَقَرَّ) زَوْجٌ (بِهِ) أَيْ بِمَا عَلَّقَ عَلَيْهِ طَلَاقَهَا (طَلُقَتْ وَلَوْ أَنْكَرَتْهُ) الزَّوْجَةُ مُؤَاخَذَةً لَهُ بِإِقْرَارِهِ كَمَا لَوْ قَالَ طَلَّقْتهَا.

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ولو أقرَّ) الزوج (به) أي: بوجود ما علق عليه الطلاق: (طلقت، ولو أنكرته) الزوجة؛ لأنه أقر بما يوجب طلاقها فطلقت. أشبه ما لو قال: قد طلقتها.
