(وَلَوْ سَكَنَتْ) مَعَ غَيْبَتِهِ أَوْ مَنْعِهِ أَوْ بِإِذْنِهِ (فِي مِلْكِهَا) بِنِيَّةِ رُجُوعٍ عَلَيْهِ بِأُجْرَتِهِ (فَلَهَا أُجْرَتُهُ) لِوُجُوبِ إسْكَانِهَا عَلَيْهِ فَلَزِمَتْهُ أُجْرَتُهُ
