شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَإِنْ لَمْ يَطَأْ) سَيِّدٌ أَمَتَهُ (أُبِيحَا) أَيْ الْبَيْعُ وَالنِّكَاحُ (قَبْلَهُ) أَيْ الِاسْتِبْرَاءِ لِعَدَمِ وُجُوبِهِ إذَنْ.
