النهر الفائق'Umar Ibn Nujaym

(لا بيوم النحر) يعني لا يتوقف بالزمان وهذا عند الإمام، وقالا: يتوقف بالزمان أيضاً كهدي المتعة والقران، ولا خلاف في أن المحصر بالعمرة لا يتوقت دمه بالزمان، وله أنه دم كفارة حتى لا يجوز الأكل منه فيختص بالمكان دون الزمان كسائر دماء الكفارات

بخلاف دم المتعة وعلى المحصر بالحج إن تحلل حجة وعمرة، وعلى المعتمر عمرة، وعلى القارن حجة وعمرتان.
