(وَ) صَحَّ (إقْرَارُهَا بِمَا عَدَا الْوَلَدَ وَبِهِ إنْ شَهِدَتْ قَابِلَةٌ أَوْ صَدَّقَهَا الزَّوْجُ) إنْ كَانَ لَهَا زَوْجٌ أَوْ كَانَتْ مُعْتَدَّةً وَمُطْلَقًا إنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ كَذَلِكَ أَوْ كَانَتْ وَادَّعَتْ أَنَّهُ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ

(وَإِقْرَارُهَا) أَيْ يَصِحُّ إقْرَارُ الْمَرْأَةِ (بِالْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالزَّوْجِ وَالْمَوْلَى) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْأَصْلَ أَنَّ إقْرَارَ الْإِنْسَانِ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ حُجَّةٌ لَا عَلَى غَيْرِهِ وَبِالْإِقْرَارِ بِهَؤُلَاءِ لَيْسَ فِيهِ إلَّا إلْزَامُ نَفْسِهَا فَيُقْبَلُ قَالَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -
