(وَلَا يَبِيعُهُ الْمُرْتَهِنُ أَوْ الرَّاهِنُ إلَّا بِرِضَا الْآخَرِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا لَهُ حَقٌّ فِيهِ

أَمَّا الرَّاهِنُ فَمِلْكُهُ فَلَا بُدَّ مِنْ رِضَاهُ،
