(وفيما دونه) أي: المذكور يجب (في كل خمس شاة) هذا اللفظ يقع على الذكر والأنثى فيجوز أخذ الذكور في هذه الحالة وفي البقر والغنم

بخلاف الإبل فلا يجوز أخذ الذكور منها إلا بالقيمة قيل: لأن الشارع جعل الجواب في نصاب الإبل من الصغار تيسيراً بدليل عدم جواز الأضحية وإنما تجوز بالثني فصاعداً وجعله في الإناث لأن الأنوثة تعد فضلاً في الإبل فصار الواجب/ وسطاً
