النهر الفائق'Umar Ibn Nujaym

(ثم تستأنف) الفريضة (أبداً كما) أي: كالاستئناف الذي (بعد مائة وخمسين) يعني في كل خمس شاة مع الأربع حقاق والخمسة بنات لبون وفي العشر شاتان فإذا بلغت مائتين وخمساً وعشرين ففيها بنت مخاض معها إلى ست وثلاثين فبنت لبون معها إلى ست وأربعين ومائتين فخمس حقاق إلى ثلثمائة وهكذا واحترز به عن الاستئناف الأول فإنه ليس فيه بنت لبون لانعدام نصابها كما لا يخفى
