(فَلَوْ مَاتَتْ الصُّغْرَى بَعْدَهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْوُسْطَى (فَأُمُّ أُمِّهَا أُخْتٌ لِأَبٍ؛ فَلَهَا الثُّلُثَانِ) النِّصْفُ؛ لِأَنَّهَا أُخْتٌ لِأَبٍ، وَالسُّدُسُ؛ لِأَنَّهَا جَدَّةٌ (وَمَا بَقِيَ) فَهُوَ (لِلْعَمِّ) تَعْصِيبًا
