(فَإِنْ مَاتَتْ الْكُبْرَى بَعْدَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْأَبِ (فَالْمَالُ) الَّذِي تُخَلِّفُهُ الْكُبْرَى كُلُّهُ (لِلصُّغْرَى؛ لِأَنَّهَا بِنْتٌ وَأُخْتٌ) لِأَبٍ، فَتَصِيرُ مِنْ حَيْثُ إنَّهَا أُخْتٌ عَصَبَةً مَعَهَا مِنْ حَيْثُ إنَّهَا بِنْتٌ
