(وَإِنْ مَاتَ) سَيِّدُ الْمُدَبَّرِ (قَبْلَ بَيْعِهِ) وَقَبْلَ فِدَائِهِ (عَتَقَ إنْ وَفَّى ثُلُثَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: ثُلُثَ مُخْلِفِ سَيِّدِهِ (بِهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْجِنَايَةِ.
