وَكَذَا اسْتِئْجَارٌ عَلَى تَعْلِيمِ خَطٍّ وَحِسَابٍ وَشِعْرٍ مُبَاحٍ وَنَحْوهِ

(وَكَذَا اسْتِئْجَارٌ عَلَى تَعْلِيمِ خَطٍّ وَحِسَابٍ وَشِعْرٍ مُبَاحٍ) كَعَرُوضٍ وَمِيقَاتٍ (وَنَحْوِهِ) إذَا عَزَبَ عَنْ التَّعْلِيمِ عُرْفًا، لِعَدَمِ اعْتِنَاءِ الْمُعَلِّمِ؛ فَعَلَيْهِ إعَادَتُهُ عَمَلًا بِالشَّرْطِ.
