(لَا) يَصِحُّ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا (عَلَى أَلْفٍ إنْ كَانَ أَبُوهَا حَيًّا وَأَلْفَيْنِ إنْ كَانَ) أَبُوهَا (مَيِّتًا) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ فِي مَوْتِ أَبِيهَا غَرَضٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَرُبَّمَا كَانَ حَالُ الْأَبِ غَيْرَ مَعْلُومٍ؛ فَيَكُونُ الصَّدَاقُ مَجْهُولًا.
