(وَ) لَوْ قِيلَ لِلزَّوْجِ (أَخْلَيْتهَا) أَيْ: أَخْلَيْت زَوْجَتَك (وَنَحْوَ ذَلِكَ، قَالَ نَعَمْ فَكِنَايَةٌ) لَا تَطْلُقُ بِذَلِكَ حَتَّى يَنْوِيَ بِهِ الطَّلَاقَ؛ لِأَنَّ السُّؤَالَ مُنْطَوٍ فِي الْجَوَابِ، وَهُوَ كِنَايَةٌ.
