(وَتَعْيِينُ خَادِمٍ لَهَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةِ (إلَيْهِمَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَيْنِ؛

فَإِنْ رَضِيَا بِخِدْمَتِهِ لَهَا وَأَنَّ نَفَقَتَهُ عَلَى الزَّوْجِ، جَازَ (وَ) تَعْيِينُ (سِوَاهُ) أَيْ: سِوَى خَادِمِهَا (إلَيْهِ) أَيْ: الزَّوْجِ؛ لِأَنَّ أُجْرَتَهُ عَلَيْهِ
