(وَنَفَقَةُ) خَادِمٍ (مُكْرِيٍّ وَ) خَادِمٍ (مُعَارٍ عَلَى مُكْرٍ وَمُعِيرٍ) لَهُ؛ لِأَنَّ الْمُكْرِيَ لَيْسَ لَهُ إلَّا الْأُجْرَةُ؛ وَالْمُعِيرَ لَا تَسْقُطُ عَنْهُ النَّفَقَةُ بِإِعَارَتِهِ
