وَمَا قُطِعَ حُلْقُومُهُ أَوْ أُبِينَتْ حَشوَتُهُ وَنَحْوُهُ فَوُجُودُ حَيَاتِهِ كَعَدَمِهَا.

(وَمَا قُطِعَ حُلْقُومُهُ أَوْ أُبِينَتْ حَشْوَتُهُ وَنَحْوُهُ) مِمَّا لَا تَبْقَى مَعَهُ حَيَاةٌ (فَوُجُودُ حَيَاتِهِ كَعَدَمِهَا) فَلَا يَحِلُّ بِذَكَاةٍ.
