(الرَّابِعُ قَوْلُ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ عِنْدَ حَرَكَةِ يَدِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الذَّابِحِ (لَا يَقُومُ مَقَامَهَا غَيْرُهَا) لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَلا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَفِسْقٌ} وَالْفِسْقُ الْحَرَامُ
