(وَيَتَّجِهُ أَنَّهُ لَا يَحْرُمُ إطْعَامُ) حَنْبَلِيٍّ (لِشَافِعِيٍّ أَفْطَرَ) يَوْمَ الثَّلَاثِينَ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ مَعَ وُجُودِ غَيْمٍ لَيْلَةَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ،

وَإِنْ وَجَبَ عَلَى الْحَنْبَلِيِّ الصَّوْمُ (لِأَنَّهُ) ، أَيْ: الْوُجُوبُ (اعْتِقَادٌ ظَنِّيٌّ) لَا قَطْعِيٌّ، لِاحْتِمَالِ أَنَّهُ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ.
