(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ (أَنَّهُ يَحْرُمُ عَلَى شَافِعِيٍّ إطْعَامُ حَنْبَلِيٍّ) فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ (لِأَنَّهُ) ، أَيْ: الطَّعَامَ (إعَانَةٌ عَلَى مَعْصِيَةٍ) فَامْتَنَعَ عَلَيْهِ فِعْلُهُ؛ لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى:{وَلا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ} وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
