(وَ) إنْ حَلَفَ (لَا يُكَلِّمُ زَيْدًا لِشُرْبِهِ الْخَمْرَ، فَكَلَّمَهُ، وَقَدْ تَرَكَهُ) ، أَيْ: شُرْبَ الْخَمْرِ (لَمْ يَحْنَثْ) لِدَلَالَةِ الْحَالِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمُرَادَ مَا دَامَ يَشْرَبُهَا، وَقَدْ انْقَطَعَ ذَلِكَ
