وَحَقِيقَةُ الذِّكْرِ مَا نَطَقَ بهِ فَلَا يَبَرُّ بِدُونِهِ

(وَحَقِيقَةُ الذِّكْرِ مَا نَطَقَ) ، أَيْ: حَرَّكَ لِسَانَهُ (بِهِ) وَلَوْ لَمْ يُسْمِعْ نَفْسَهُ بِهِ (فَلَا يَبَرُّ بِدُونِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ مَا لَا يَنْطِقُ بِهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ النَّفْسِ.
