(وَلَا يَلْزَمُ شَارِبَ خَمْرٍ قَيْءٌ) لِلْخَمْرِ،؛ لِأَنَّهُ وَصَلَ إلَى مَحَلٍّ يَسْتَوِي فِيهِ الطَّاهِرُ وَالنَّجِسُ.

وَكَذَا سَائِرُ النَّجَاسَاتِ تَحْصُلُ بِالْجَوْفِ. (وَسُؤْرُهُ) أَيْ: شَارِبِ الْخَمْرِ (نَجِسٌ) لِنَجَاسَةِ فَمِهِ (بِخِلَافِ طِفْلٍ) تَنَجَّسَ فَمُهُ فَسُؤْرُهُ طَاهِرٌ، وَتَقَدَّمَ.
