(وَإِنْ رَجَعَ مُقِرٌّ بِحَقِّ آدَمِيٍّ أَوْ) رَجَعَ مُقِرٌّ (بِزَكَاةٍ أَوْ كَفَّارَةٍ؛ لَمْ يُقْبَلْ) لِتَعَلُّقِ حَقِّ الْآدَمِيِّ الْمُعَيَّنِ أَوْ أَهْلِ الزَّكَاةِ بِهِ. [فَصْلٌ فِي مَا إذَا وَصَلَ بِإِقْرَارِهِ مَا يُغَيِّرُهُ] فَصْلٌ فِيمَا إذَا وَصَلَ بِإِقْرَارِهِ مَا يُغَيِّرُهُ
