(إلَّا مَنْ بِبَلَدٍ أَوْزَانُهُمْ) ؛ أَيْ، أَهْلِهَا (نَاقِصَةٌ أَوْ نَقْدُهُمْ مَغْشُوشٌ فَيَلْزَمُهُمْ مِنْ دَرَاهِمِهَا) ؛ أَيْ: تِلْكَ الْبَلْدَةِ؛ لِانْصِرَافِ الْإِطْلَاقِ إلَى نَقْدِهَا، وَلِهَذَا لَوْ قَالَ بِعْتُك وَأَجَرْتُك وَنَحْوَهُ بِعَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ؛ انْصَرَفَ إلَيْهِ وَلَوْ قَالَ
