(وَيَتَّجِهُ:) أَنَّ صَلَاةَ الْمَسْبُوقِ تَنْقَلِبُ نَفْلًا بِمُجَرَّدِ قِيَامِهِ قَبْلَ تَسْلِيمَةِ إمَامِهِ الثَّانِيَةِ إنْ لَمْ يَرْجِعْ، (وَلَوْ) كَانَ الْمَسْبُوقُ (جَاهِلًا) أَنَّ قِيَامَهُ مُضِرٌّ فِي فَرْضِهِ.
