(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ أَيْضًا (أَنَّهُ) أَيْ: الْمَسْبُوقُ، لَهُ أَنْ (يَقُومَ بِإِيَاسٍ) مِنْ تَسْلِيمَةٍ (ثَانِيَةٍ) مِمَّنْ لَا يَرَى وُجُوبَهَا (مِنْ نَحْوِ شَافِعِيٍّ) ، كَمَالِكِيٍّ؛ لِأَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ بِالتَّسْلِيمَةِ الْأُولَى.
