(وَتَجِبُ مُؤْنَةُ تَجْهِيزٍ) مِنْ أُجْرَةِ مُغَسِّلٍ وَحَمَّالٍ وَحَفَّارٍ وَنَحْوِهِ (بِمَعْرُوفٍ) لِمِثْلِهِ، وَ (لَا) يَجِبُ (حَنُوطٌ وَطِيبٌ) كَحَالِ الْحَيَاةِ، (بَلْ يُسَنُّ) لِلْخَبَرِ وَيَأْتِي. (وَلَا بَأْسَ بِ) جَعْلِ (مِسْكٍ فِيهِ) - أَيْ: الْكَفَنِ - نَصًّا.
