وَأَفْتَى ابنُ الصلَاحِ مِنْ الشَّافِعِيةِ بِتَحْرِيمِ كَتَابَةِ قُرْآنٍ عَلَى كَفَنٍ خَوْفَ تَنْجِيسٍ، وَقَوَاعِدُنَا تَقْتَضِيهِ،

(خَوْفَ تَنْجِيسٍ) بِتَفَسُّخِ الْمَيِّتِ (وَقَوَاعِدُنَا) مَعْشَرَ الْحَنَابِلَةِ (تَقْتَضِيهِ) ، أَيْ: تَحْرِيمَ الْكِتَابَةِ عَلَى الْكَفَنِ لِمَا يَتَرَتَّبُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ التَّنْجِيسِ الْمُؤَدِّي لِامْتِهَانِ الْقُرْآنِ
