(وَإِنْ صَلَّى) الْإِمَامُ الْأَعْظَمُ أَوْ نَائِبُهُ (عَلَيْهِمَا) ، أَيْ: عَلَى الْغَالِّ وَقَاتِلِ نَفْسِهِ عَمْدًا، (فَلَا بَأْسَ) ؛ لِأَنَّ امْتِنَاعَهُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ رَدْعٌ وَزَجْرٌ لَا لِتَحْرِيمِهِ
