(وَيُصَلَّى عَلَى كُلِّ عَاصٍ؛ كَسَارِقٍ وَشَارِبِ خَمْرٍ) وَمَقْتُولٍ قِصَاصًا أَوْ حَدًّا، (وَعَلَى مَدِينٍ لَمْ يَخْلُفْ وَفَاءً) . وَتَرْكُ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الصَّلَاةَ عَلَيْهِ كَانَ فِي ابْتِدَاءِ الْإِسْلَامِ، ثُمَّ نُسِخَ.
