(وَلَا يَنْعَقِدُ) الْإِحْرَامُ (مَعَ وُجُودِ أَحَدِهَا) ، أَيْ: الْإِغْمَاءِ أَوْ الْجُنُونِ أَوْ السُّكْرِ، لِعَدَمِ أَهْلِيَّتِهِ [فَصْلٌ تخيير الْمُحْرِم بَيْن ثَلَاثَة أَشْيَاء] (فَصْلٌ)
