(وَلَا يَجِبُ تَتَابُعٌ فِيهِ) ، أَيْ: فِي هَذَا الصَّوْمِ، لِعَدَمِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَيْهِ وَالْأَمْرُ بِهِ مُطْلَقٌ، فَيَتَنَاوَلُ الْحَالَيْنِ.
