مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيُخَيَّرُ فِيمَا) ، أَيْ: صَيْدٍ (لَا مِثْلَ لَهُ) مِنْ النَّعَمِ، إذَا قَتَلَهُ (بَيْنَ إطْعَامِ) مَا اشْتَرَاهُ بِقِيمَتِهِ، أَوْ إخْرَاجِهِ عَنْهَا مِنْ طَعَامِهِ بِعَدْلِهَا، (وَصِيَامٍ) كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ.
