(فَلَوْ مَشَى مَجْرُوحٌ فَسَقَطَ عَلَى آخَرَ) فَمَاتَا، (ضَمِنَ الْمَجْرُوحَ) ، لِمَوْتِهِ بِجِنَايَتِهِ (فَقَطْ) ، أَيْ: دُونَ مَا أُسْقِطَ، لِأَنَّ سُقُوطَهُ عَلَيْهِ لَيْسَ مِنْ فِعْلِهِ.
