(وَ) يَجِبُ (فِيمَا انْدَمَلَ) جُرْحُهُ مِنْ الصُّيُودِ (غَيْرَ مُمْتَنِعٍ) مِنْ قَاصِدِهِ جَزَاءُ جَمِيعِهِ، لِأَنَّهُ صَارَ فِي حُكْمِ الْمَيِّتِ، (أَوْ جُرِحَ) جُرْحًا (مُوحِيًا) لَا تَبْقَى مَعَهُ حَيَاةٌ غَالِبَةٌ (جَزَاءُ جَمِيعِهِ) ، لِمَا سَبَقَ.
