(فَلَوْ قَلَعَهَا) ، أَيْ: الْمَنْقُولَةَ مِنْ الْحَرَمِ إلَى الْحِلِّ (غَيْرُهُ مِنْ الْحِلِّ) بَعْدَ أَنْ غَرَسَهَا قَالِعُهَا مِنْ الْحَرَمِ؛ (ضَمِنَهَا) ذَلِكَ (الْغَيْرُ) ، وَهُوَ قَالِعُهَا مِنْ الْحِلِّ،
