(وَيَتَّجِهُ) : مَحَلُّ ضَمَانِ قَالِعِهَا مِنْ الْحِلِّ (مَعَ إمْكَانِ رَدِّهَا) مِنْ الْحَرَمِ (لَا بِدُونِهِ) ، أَيْ: لَا بِدُونِ إمْكَانِ الرَّدِّ،
