(وَ) التَّضْحِيَةُ (عَنْ مَيِّتٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنْهَا عَنْ حَيٍّ) لِعَجْزِهِ وَاحْتِيَاجِهِ لِلثَّوَابِ (وَيُعْمَلُ بِهَا) أَيْ: الْأُضْحِيَّةِ عَنْ مَيِّتٍ (كَ) أُضْحِيَّةٍ (عَنْ حَيٍّ) مِنْ أَكْلٍ وَصَدَقَةٍ وَهَدِيَّةٍ
