(وَتَجِبُ) التَّضْحِيَةُ (بِنَذْرٍ) ، لِحَدِيثِ:«مَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يُطِيعَ اللَّهَ فَلْيُطِعْهُ» (وَكَانَتْ) التَّضْحِيَةُ (وَاجِبَةً عَلَى النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -) كَالْوِتْرِ وَقِيَامِ اللَّيْلِ لِلْخَبَرِ
