(وَيَتَّجِهُ) بِ (احْتِمَالٍ) قَوِيٍّ: (وَمِثْلُهُ) أَيْ: الْهَدْيِ الْمُعَيَّنِ (مَسْرُوقٌ مِنْ نَحْوِ) دَمِ (مُتْعَةٍ) كَقِرَانٍ (وَمَا) أَيْ: دَمٍ (وَجَبَ بِفِعْلٍ مَحْظُورٍ) أَيْ: فَلَا شَيْءَ فِيهِ مَا لَمْ يُفَرِّطْ فِي حِفْظِهِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
