(وَإِنْ لَمْ يُعَيِّنْ) مَا ذَبَحَهُ عَنْ وَاجِبٍ فِي ذِمَّتِهِ (قَبْلَ ذَبْحٍ فَسُرِقَ، ضَمِنَ) مَا فِي ذِمَّتِهِ لِعَدَمِ تَمَيُّزِهِ عَنْ مَا لَهُ فَضَمِنَهُ، كَبَقِيَّةِ مَالِهِ.
