مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ لَمْ يَبْلُغْ) ثَمَنَ شَاةٍ أَوْ سُبْعِ بَدَنَةٍ، أَوْ بَقَرَةٍ (تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ أَوْ بِلَحْمٍ يَشْتَرِي بِهِ) أَيْ: بِالْفَاضِلِ، وَلَا يُعْتَبَرُ كَوْنُ مَا شَرَاهُ يُجْزِئُ فِي أُضْحِيَّةٍ، بِدَلِيلِ جَوَازِ الصَّدَقَةِ بِهِ (كَأَرْشِ جِنَايَةٍ فِي نُقْصَانِهَا) أَيْ: الذَّبِيحَةِ، وَتَقَدَّمَ.
